Ingredients
- 1/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work best)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients together in the base of a crockpot bowl.
- Place on low, cover and cook 6-8 hours until done.
- Wake up, top with more pure maple syrup and enjoy!
- I also love this with a splash or two of cold almond milk.
