Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. pistolette rolls
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Brown ground beef, onion and seasoning; drain.
  • Boil broccoli until tender; drain.
  • Add cheese to meat; stir until melted.
  • Mix in broccoli.
  • Cut tops out of rolls; carefully dig out inside. Stuff with meat mixture.
  • Before baking, brush rolls with garlic butter.
  • Bake until brown at 350°.
  • These can be frozen, but do not brush with butter until ready to bake.
