Ingredients
- 2 pkg. pistolette rolls
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 tsp. Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef, onion and seasoning; drain.
- Boil broccoli until tender; drain.
- Add cheese to meat; stir until melted.
- Mix in broccoli.
- Cut tops out of rolls; carefully dig out inside. Stuff with meat mixture.
- Before baking, brush rolls with garlic butter.
- Bake until brown at 350°.
- These can be frozen, but do not brush with butter until ready to bake.
