Ingredients

  • 2 Large cans of Cooked Chicken.
  • 1 Large can of Green Enchilada Sauce.
  • 1 Onion, finely diced.
  • 1 Can of Green Chili, finely diced.
  • 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips.
  • 1 Bag of Mexican blend cheese.
  • Garlic Salt.
  • Seasoned Salt.
  • Black Pepper.
  • Lettuce, bagged or chop some up.

Method

  • -Drain chicken and add to large skillet over medium heat.
  • -Add onion and green chili to the chicken and cook until hot.
  • -Season mixture with Garlic Salt, Seasoned Salt, and Pepper.
  • -Add Green Enchilada Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • -Add 1/2 bag of Tortilla Chips and stir through until they get soft and the mixture thickens up.
  • -Top with the Mexican blend cheese and heat until cheese melts.
  • Serve in a bowl over a bed of lettuce.
