- 2 Large cans of Cooked Chicken.
- 1 Large can of Green Enchilada Sauce.
- 1 Onion, finely diced.
- 1 Can of Green Chili, finely diced.
- 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips.
- 1 Bag of Mexican blend cheese.
- Garlic Salt.
- Seasoned Salt.
- Black Pepper.
- Lettuce, bagged or chop some up.
Method
- -Drain chicken and add to large skillet over medium heat.
- -Add onion and green chili to the chicken and cook until hot.
- -Season mixture with Garlic Salt, Seasoned Salt, and Pepper.
- -Add Green Enchilada Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- -Add 1/2 bag of Tortilla Chips and stir through until they get soft and the mixture thickens up.
- -Top with the Mexican blend cheese and heat until cheese melts.
- Serve in a bowl over a bed of lettuce.
