Ingredients
- 2 (1 lb.) cans pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Mix the above and pour into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
- Sprinkle 1 box of dry yellow cake mix over the pumpkin mixture.
- Melt 2 sticks of margarine and pour over cake mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup of chopped pecans over cake mix and bake another 30 minutes.
