Ingredients
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Method
- Blend sugar and cocoa.
- Add in lowfat milk and butter.
- Cook 3 min in microwave.
- Stir.
- Add in vanilla and nuts.
- Pour into a greased dish and chill 1 hour.
- Keep cool.
- Its a soft fudge.
