Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (2 oz.) pkg. taco sauce mix
  • 3/4 lb. processed cheese
  • 1/3 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 3/4 head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips

Method

  • Prepare taco filling with ground beef and taco sauce mix according to package directions. Melt cheese with tomatoes and green chilies.
  • Mix shredded lettuce, tomatoes, meat and 1/4 of the corn chips in a salad bowl.
  • Pour cheese mixture over top with remaining corn chips.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Serves 4.
