Ingredients
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. coffee
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Combine chocolate and coffee in a small saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts.
- Remove from heat; add butter.
- Stir well until butter melts.
- Cool.
