Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 3 eggs
- 1 can pumpkin mix (large with spices)
- 1 small can Pet milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Mix together cake mix (reserve 1 cup for topping), 1 stick oleo (melted) and 1 egg.
- Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix the pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs and Pet milk.
- Pour over cake mixture. Mix 1 cup of the cake mix, 1/4 cup oleo, sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 325° in glass pan; 10 minutes longer in metal pan.
- Serve with Cool Whip.
