Ingredients
- 1 medium can pineapple slices
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. crushed rosemary
- 3 chicken breasts, halved
Method
- Drain pineapple; set aside.
- Combine pineapple juice with garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary. Place chicken in pan, skin side up; broil until brown.
- Add pineapple slices to chicken, then stir sauce and pour over.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
