Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream sugar and eggs; add oil and water.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Add to cream mixture.
- Add pumpkin, nuts and raisins. Grease and flour four coffee cans.
- Fill 2/3 full.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
- Let cool 15 to 20 minutes before turning out.
