Ingredients
- 24 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3 egg whites (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- coconut
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar slowly and beat, then add vanilla.
- Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts.
- Pour into a buttered pan.
- Bake until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
- Cool.
- Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut (also nuts if desired).
