- roast
- potatoes
- 1 pkg. carrots
- 1 large onion
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
Method
- Season and flour roast.
- In a large Dutch pot, brown roast in oil all over; remove.
- Add flour to oil and make gravy.
- Add lots of water (will cook down).
- Slice potatoes and carrots; add to gravy.
- Put roast in.
- Add onion (chopped or sliced).
- Cook on low to medium heat for about 3 1/2 hours.
- Can be cooked in oven at 325° for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
