Ingredients
- 3 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. onoin flakes or 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown hamburger, add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, dry mustard and onion.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons grated cheese to meat sauce and stir until melted.
- Pour cooked macaroni into buttered casserole dish and pour 3/4 of sauce over it.
- Mix well, then pour other sauce.
- Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
