Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Bring water, margarine and salt to a boil.
- Reduce heat; add flour.
- Stir over heat until dough leaves the pan at the sides.
- Remove from heat.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
- Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
- Reduce heat to 375°.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Great stuffed with chicken or tuna salad.
- Also for dessert pastries.
