Ingredients
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. cherry juice (from drained cherries)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. cherries, cut up in small pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- coconut
Method
- Mix the first three ingredients; press in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Prick with a fork and bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
