Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, boned, halved and skinned
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 lb. chipped beef
- 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of chicken.
- Place chipped beef on bottom of baking dish.
- Put chicken on top of beef.
- Mix sour cream and soup; spread on top of chicken. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
- Don't salt! Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
- Serves 8.
