Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
Method
- Mix all ingredients together (except parsley) and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Top with fresh Parsley.
