Ingredients
- 5 to 6 ears of corn, creamed or 2 c. creamed corn
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix well.
- Melt 1/2 stick of butter in an iron skillet.
- Pour mixture into the butter.
- Bake at 400° to 450° until brown.
