Ingredients
- 2 cans yams
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Place drained yams in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
- Sprinkle over yams. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
