Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 can diced ortega chili peppers
- 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
Method
- Combine last 5 ingredients.
- Layer in casserole, starting with cream mixture, tortillas, ending with cream mixture and more grated cheese on top.
- Let set overnight or make in morning to be baked that evening.
- Bake 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
