Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
- paprika to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Drain artichoke hearts and mash well with a fork.
- Do not use blender.
- Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Mix together and spread into a baking dish large enough to spread the mixture to about 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle top with paprika and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers of any variety.
- Makes 2 cups.
