Ingredients
- 1 box Pancetta in cubes
- 5 small Steaks
- 2 1/2 small Onions
- 6 tbsp Bread crumb
- 1 pinch Garlick powder
- 4 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 6 tbsp Bread crumb
Method
- Chop the parsley
- Chop the onions
- Put the butter in a large pan
- Put the pancetta, the garlic, the parsley and the chopped onions in the pan and fry until they turn blonde
- Add the steaks, cut them in smaller pieces if preferred
- Take out the steaks from the pan at the desired cooking point leaving all the rest
- Add the bread crumb in the pan
- Let the bread absorb the juices
- Cover the steaks with the sauce and serve
