Ingredients

  • 1 box Pancetta in cubes
  • 5 small Steaks
  • 2 1/2 small Onions
  • 6 tbsp Bread crumb
  • 1 pinch Garlick powder
  • 4 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 6 tbsp Bread crumb

Method

  • Chop the parsley
  • Chop the onions
  • Put the butter in a large pan
  • Put the pancetta, the garlic, the parsley and the chopped onions in the pan and fry until they turn blonde
  • Add the steaks, cut them in smaller pieces if preferred
  • Take out the steaks from the pan at the desired cooking point leaving all the rest
  • Add the bread crumb in the pan
  • Let the bread absorb the juices
  • Cover the steaks with the sauce and serve
