Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until very creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time; beat well after each addition.
- Add flour, slowly beating until mixed.
- Add vanilla.
- Bake in a 10-inch tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
