Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 6 to 8 anchovy fillets, halved
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Blend well.
- Toss with 1 cup croutons and 2 heads Romaine lettuce.
