Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- butter
- cheese, ham or bacon
Method
- Take eggs.
- Beat up and add salt and pepper in a little milk. Put butter in small skillet, then pour egg mixture in.
- Let the sides set up, about 1 minute.
- Put a lid on it and let it cook a couple of minutes.
- Take lid off.
- Put cheese, ham or bacon on one side, then flip the one side over and seal the edges with your spatula.
- Let cook until cheese melts.
