Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • cheese, ham or bacon

Method

  • Take eggs.
  • Beat up and add salt and pepper in a little milk. Put butter in small skillet, then pour egg mixture in.
  • Let the sides set up, about 1 minute.
  • Put a lid on it and let it cook a couple of minutes.
  • Take lid off.
  • Put cheese, ham or bacon on one side, then flip the one side over and seal the edges with your spatula.
  • Let cook until cheese melts.
