Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 3 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (8)
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs

Method

  • Blend melted margarine and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.
  • Seal perforations.
  • Stretch to square.
  • Mix margarine and cream cheese mixture with chicken, salt, pepper, milk and onion.
  • Place 1/4 of mixture on each square.
  • Pull up all 4 corners of rolls and seal on all edges.
  • Brush top with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
