Ingredients
- hamburg
- onions
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- cabbage
- Ragu sauce or your favorite spaghetti sauce
Method
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown hamburg with onions. Cut cabbage in wedges and add to hamburg and onions.
- Pour a large jar of Ragu sauce over cabbage.
- Let cook until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle 8 ounces of Mozzarella cheese over cabbage about 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve over rice.
