Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sliced carrots, drained
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 bag stuffing mix
Method
- Cook chicken and cut into chunks. Combine with soups, carrots and peas. Prepare stuffing mix and spread over mixture in casserole dish. Cook at 400° for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
