Ingredients

  • red potatoes
  • rosemary to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder
  • garlic cloves
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 500°.
  • Cut potatoes into quarters (about 1 1/2 potatoes per person). Place potatoes in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic powder, then dribble the olive oil over potatoes and shake pan to coat potatoes.
  • Place pan in a 500° oven for about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 450° and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  • About 5 minutes before potatoes are finished cooking, place sliced garlic in pan. Serve hot.
