Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. potatoes
- olives
- pickles
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 large onion
- Italian salad dressing
- celery (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Method
- Boil or bake potatoes.
- Chop olives, pickles, onion and celery. Cube eggs.
- Add to salad the salt, pepper, mustard and mayonnaise, then pour about 3 to 4 tablespoons Italian salad dressing.
- Mix again.
- Top with paprika.
