- 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 large can Chinese noodles (chow mein)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large can Chinese mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- slivered almonds
- bread crumbs
Method
- Cook chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Mix all ingredients and put in a large casserole or baking dish.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs and slivered almonds.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°. Yummy.
