Ingredients

  • 1 leaf Chinese cabbage
  • 1 pinch Shio-kombu
  • 1/2 bag Bonito flakes
  • 1 Ginger (julienned)
  • 1 Shichimi and garlic
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

Method

  • Rinse the Chinese cabbage, chop it into desired sizes, then put it in a heat-resistant dish.
  • Quickly microwave (for 30 seconds, depending on the amount), leaving some texture.
  • Chill the Chinese cabbage by soaking it in cold water.
  • Thoroughly squeeze out the excess water, then toss it with the ingredients to taste, and it's done.
