Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- shortening
- applesauce
Method
- Grate potatoes and onion into milk.
- Blend in flour, egg and salt.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into hot fat.
- Brown both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Makes 3 dozen.
- Serve with applesauce.
