Ingredients

  • 4 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 2 1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes, halved
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper

Method

  • Combine first six ingredients and toss well.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  • Add to chicken mixture, stirring well.
  • Chill several hours before serving.
  • Serve on lettuce with croissant rolls or put in cheese tart shells.
