Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Method
- In bowl of food processor, insert shredding blade and cover. Shred potatoes with skins and onion.
- You can also do this with a hand grater.
