Ingredients
- 1 lb. softened butter (not margarine)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Drop by teaspoon on buttered baking sheet.
- Dip fork in water and press down.
- Bake in a 325° oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely on cookie sheet.
- When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
