Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 3 c. corn flakes, crushed
Method
- Layer hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Combine 1 stick butter, cheese, sour cream, onions and soup.
- Stir and pour over hash browns.
- Sprinkle with corn flakes; drizzle with remaining stick of butter on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
