- 1 lb. rainbow rotini
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes, cooked and drained
- 5 oz. pepperoni
- 1 c. cauliflowerets
- 1 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 c. Italian dressing with cheese
Method
- Cook rotini; drain.
- Add all other ingredients and toss well. Cover.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Toss before serving.
