- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Combine potatoes with 1/2 cup melted butter in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and cheese.
- Pour into a greased casserole.
- Cover with corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
