Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1/3 c. butter
- salt and pepper
- Accent
- flour
- 1 small onion
- 1 small can tomato juice
Method
- Cut meat in bite-size pieces.
- Brown in butter.
- Season with salt, pepper and Accent.
- Remove.
