Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. onion and mushroom soup
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
Method
- Cut potato into square.
- Put in a glass loaf pan.
- Pour milk, soup, salt and pepper over potatoes.
- Bake in microwave 20 minutes.
- Cover with paper towel.
- When time is up, put cheese over potatoes to melt.
