Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes or 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. uncooked noodles
- 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Chop onion; grate cheese and set aside.
- Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until onion is clear.
- Add tomatoes or tomato sauce.
- Add noodles and cover pan.
- Cook on low for 10 minutes until noodles are done.
- Add Cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
