Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes or 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. uncooked noodles
  • 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Method

  • Chop onion; grate cheese and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until onion is clear.
  • Add tomatoes or tomato sauce.
  • Add noodles and cover pan.
  • Cook on low for 10 minutes until noodles are done.
  • Add Cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
