Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans potato soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Mix
- soups,
- sour
- cream and onion.
- Layer mixture with potatoes,
- starting
- with potatoes in baking dish. Cover with grated
- cheese
- and
- sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
