Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lg. clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Method
- Mix turkey, rice, onions, pepper, basil, oregano, garlic and tomato sauce.
- Form into a loaf and place in baking dish.
