Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) bottle stuffed olives
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, diced
- 1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1 1/2 cans whole milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin egg noodles
- 1/2 can chow mein noodles
- 1/4 lb. salted mixed nuts
Method
- Brown ground beef with onions.
- Drain.
- Add cooked noodles with other ingredients, except chow mein noodles and nuts.
- Mix ingredients well; salt to taste.
- Place in a large casserole dish and cover.
- Bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.
- Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and nuts.
- Bake 1/2 hour longer.
