Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) bottle stuffed olives
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, diced
  • 1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1 1/2 cans whole milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin egg noodles
  • 1/2 can chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 lb. salted mixed nuts

Method

  • Brown ground beef with onions.
  • Drain.
  • Add cooked noodles with other ingredients, except chow mein noodles and nuts.
  • Mix ingredients well; salt to taste.
  • Place in a large casserole dish and cover.
  • Bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.
  • Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and nuts.
  • Bake 1/2 hour longer.
