Ingredients
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- corn flake crumbs
Method
- Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices and boil.
- Cut up onion and cook in microwave oven for about 2 minutes.
- Mix potatoes, onion, soup, sour cream, 1/2 stick of butter (melted) and cheese.
- Pour into buttered 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.
- Top with corn flake crumbs and 1/2 stick of melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
