Ingredients

  • 30 grams Pancake mix
  • 1 Egg (medium)
  • 70 grams Milk or Soy Milk
  • 5 grams Sugar

Method

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Mix the pancake mix and sugar gently with a whisk.
  • Add the egg and mix well with the whisk.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Add the milk.
  • Continue mixing.
  • Heat a Teflon frying pan and melt the butter.
  • Take about 80% of a ladleful of batter and pour into the pan.
  • Let the batter spread out in the pan.
  • Now cook it on a low heat to prevent burning.
  • As it cooks and changes color, it will start to peel around the edges.
  • When it starts to look like a lightly fried egg, flip it.
  • All it needs is about 10 seconds on the other side and it's done!
  • Put the crepe on a plate and cook the rest of the batter.
  • Once it's all done, wrap and let cool.
  • As for the filling, try ice cream, custard, or fruit as a dessert!
  • You could also fill it with candied chestnuts and whipped cream.
  • All you need is chocolate sauce on top and you're set!
