Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion
- salt (optional)
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- paprika
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine soup, sour cream, salt and onion.
- Add to potatoes and mix well.
- Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
- Serves 10 to 12.
