Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley.
- Shape in ball. Refrigerate approximately 2 to 4 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and roll in the mixture of
- nuts and parsley.
- Place on platter with lemon curls.
- Makes 1 large ball or 2 small balls.
