Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley.
  • Shape in ball. Refrigerate approximately 2 to 4 hours.
  • Remove from refrigerator and roll in the mixture of
  • nuts and parsley.
  • Place on platter with lemon curls.
  • Makes 1 large ball or 2 small balls.
