Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. crumbled bacon
- 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with bacon and olives.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
